Executive Committee for Missionary Evangelisation meets in Rome

At the OFM General Curia a meeting of the Executive Committee for Missionary Evangelisation is under way (26-28 January). The agenda includes:

an evaluation of the International Franciscan Missionary Council which was held in Manila in January 1997 and the results it achieved in the Provinces and Conferences of the Order;
the study of an action plan to put in practice the "Proposals and Recommendations" of the General Chapter 1997 regarding the Missionary Evangelisation.
Review of the Budget which will be presented by the Secretary for Missionary Evangelisation to the General Definitory for approval.
Preparation for the next International Franciscan Missionary Council: choice of themes , place and speakers.
All the members of the Secretary for Missionary Evangelisation are taking part

Comitato esecutivo per l'Evangelizzazione Missionaria
in riunione a Roma

Dal 26 al 28 gennaio, è riunito a Roma, presso la Curia Generale OFM il Comitato esecutivo per l'Evangelizzazione Missionaria. L'agenda dei lavori prevede:

Valutazione del Consiglio Internazionale Francescano Missionario tenutosi a Manila nel gennaio 97, riscontro che le Proposte di questo Consiglio hanno avuto nelle Province e nelle Conferenze.
Studio del Piano di attuazione delle "Proposte e Raccomandazioni" del Capitolo generale 1997 riguardanti l'Evangelizzazione Missionaria.
Revisione dei Bilanci preventivo e consuntivo che saranno presentati dalla Segreteria Generale delle Missioni al Definitorio generale per l'approvazione.
Preparazione del prossimo Consiglio Internazionale Missionario francescano: definizione delle tematiche, luogo e relatori.
