Today (June 26) the Ministers Provincial of the three Hungarian-speaking Provinces (Holy Mary, St. Stephen the King, St. John Capistran) signed the renewed agreement on forming their young friars together in a joint novitiate and two years of common initial formation. Actually the 3 provinces have 55 young friars in all. Site of the novitiate is Szécsény (Northern Hungary), and the study house is situated in the south, in Szeged. General Definitor Peter Schorr helped prepare the agreement but could not attend at the final settlement because of in injury in his back.
