These are final days of work for the General Chapter of the Friars Minor. In the Assembly today the discussion continued on the articles of the General Statutes with regard to evangelisation.
The proposals that arrived in the Chapter Hall from the “Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation” and Economic Commissions were also voted on. The Commission for the “Priorities for the Six-year Period” presented the guide lines of the formation programme, to which the Friars of the whole Order will have to make reference during the coming years.
The work of these days has also been followed through the constantly furnished updates on the Internet of the Chapter.
The statistics show that from the opening day of the Chapter, the 25th May, up to the 17th June, there have been more than two million two hundred and forty thousand contacts, with a total of more than 63,500 visitors and an average, over three weeks, of three thousand visits a day. The peak interest was had on the 6th June, after the election of the new Minister General.

Ultimi giorni di lavoro per il Capitolo generale dei Frati minori. Oggi in Assemblea è proseguita la discussione sugli articoli degli Statuti Generali riguardanti l’evangelizzazione.
Sono state inoltre votate le proposte giunte in aula dalla Commissione “Giustizia, pace e salvaguardia del creato” e da quella economica. La Commissione “Priorità per il sessennio” ha presentato le linee guida del programma formativo, a cui dovranno fare riferimento nei prossimi anni i frati di tutto l’Ordine.
I lavori di questi giorni sono stati seguiti anche attraverso gli aggiornamenti costanti forniti dal sito Internet del Capitolo
. Le statistiche indicano che dal giorno di apertura del Capitolo, il 25 maggio, fino al 17 giugno, i contatti sono stati oltre due milioni e 240 mila, con un totale di oltre 63.500 visitatori e una media, in tre settimane, di tremila visitatori al giorno. Il picco di interesse si è avuto il 6 giugno, dopo la nomina del nuovo Ministro generale.

ltimos días de trabajo durante el Capítulo general de los Hermanos menores. Hoy ha continuado en Asamblea la discusión sobre los artículos de los Estatutos Generales sobre la evangelización.
También fueron votadas las propuestas presentadas por las Comisiones de “Justicia, paz y salvaguarda de la creación” y de Economía. La Comisión “Prioridades para el sexenio” ha presentado las ideas guía del programa formativo, al que deberán referirse en los próximos años todos los hermanos de la Orden.
Ha sido posible seguir los trabajos de estos días a través de la actualización constante del sito Internet del Capítulo. Las estadísticas indican que desde el día de apertura del Capítulo, el 25 de mayo, hasta el 17 de junio, los contactos fueron más de dos millones doscientos cuarenta mil, con un total de más de 63,500 visitantes y un promedio, en tres semanas, de tres mil visitantes al día. El pico de interés se tuvo el 6 de junio, después de la elección del nuevo Ministro general.
