Under 10: Letter + Message of the Minister General

I write this letter to you, Rekindle the gift of God within you (cf. 2Tim 1, 6), on the eve of the 4th Chapter of Mats “under ten”, in order to continue the dialogue with you that I have had during these years of my service to the Universal Fraternity as Minister General. This has come through visits to the various Entities of the Order and through messages from you, to which I have tried to reply as well as I could.
