Subscribing to the Poor Clares Congress podcast
If you want to subscribe to the Poor Clares Congress podcast and automatically receive new speeches whenever they are broadcast (subscribing is free!), you can do it one of two ways:

1. Subscribing using iTunes
If you have iTunes installed, just click the iTunes icon/link [] of the title. The iTunes program will load and from then on, every new report will be downloaded into iTunes and, optionally, into your portable media player. Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/ to download iTunes (free).

2. Subscribing using other podcast software
If you use another podcast software (like Juice, Doppler, or Transistr), copy the title’s RSS feed, which you’ll find by ctrl-clicking on a Mac or by right-clicking on PC on the RSS icon/title [] and copying the URL that appears. Then paste that URL into your podcast software’s add podcast area.

L’iscrizione per ricevere automaticamente in podcast le voci dei relatori al Congresso delle Sorelle Clarisse, può essere fatta in due modi:

1. Iscrizione Podcast con iTunes
Se avete il programma iTunes installato, basta cliccare sull’icona/link [] presente sul titolo. Il programma iTunes inizierà a scaricare la relazione. Ogni altro successivo download avverrà automaticamente sul programma iTunes e, a vostro piacimento, potrà essere ascoltato sul vostro media player portatile. 2. Iscrizione Podcast con un altro programma
Nel caso in cui usaste un altro programma podcast (es.: Juice, Doppler, o Transistor), basta copiare il titolo RSS feed (flusso di notizie), che si trova cliccando ctrl su un computer Mac o usando il tasto destro del mouse di un PC avente una icona o titolo RSS [] e copiando la URL che appare. Si continua, poi, copiando la URL nell’area aggiungi del programma di podcast.

Suscribirse al “podcast” del Congreso de las Clarisas
Si usted quiere suscribirse al “podcast” del del Congreso de las Clarisas y recibir los nuevos discursos automáticamente cuando sean transmitidos (¡suscribirse es gratis!), puede hacerlo de dos formas:

1. Suscribirse usando iTunes
Si usted tiene iTunes instalado, sólo haga clic en el icono/enlace de iTunes []. Si usted usa otro software de podcast (como Juice, Doppler, o Transistr), copie el título de la transmisión de RSS, que encontrará presionando la tecla Ctrl (si tiene un Mac) o haciendo clic con el botón derecho del ratón en un PC en el icono/título de RSS [] y copie la URL (dirección de internet) que aparece. Luego pegue esa URL en el sitio correspondiente de su programa de podcast.
