National Meeting of Franciscan Catechists in Ecuador

From the 26th-28th April, 2025, the National Meeting of Franciscan Catechists was held at the friary of St Francis of Quito, in Ecuador. 
The theme of the meeting was "Praising your creation", in commemoration of the 800th Anniversary of the Canticle of the Creatures by St. Francis. 

The event was organized by the Secretariat of Missions and Evangelization of the Province of St Francis of Quito, under the guidance of Fr. Oscar Castro, OFM, Fr. Sandro Luzuriaga, OFM, together with the CAFRE team (National Coordinators of Franciscan Catechists). 
With great joy and fraternal spirit, 235 catechists from various parishes and friaries of the Franciscan Province participated, in a space of formation, fraternity and spiritual renewal.
